We were commissioned to design a beach house retreat for our client who bought an idyllic plot of land with a tumble down derelict cottage . We sought planning permission in difficult circumstances and the house is now under construction.

We worked with a young ,vibrant Architectural practice to produce a New England style, upside down house, that was designed to embrace the tremendous views of both the marsh lands to the rear and coastal dunes to the front of the property .
